Coporate In-house Training Course
As a German training institution, we can send a professional German teacher to offer your company German training. Your employees may learn the rudiments of German or uplift their German level. The course may be taught in our teaching building if you wish. In a word, you determine the training venue.
We adopt a flexible principle in the timing of training. The German courses may be taught either before or after work upon your request. We will discuss with you on the timing of training so as to ensure that most employees can have an opportunity of learning German.
It’s essential that the employees attending a certain German course should have the same language level. To achieve this, we will arrange the achievement test based on the Common European Framework of Reference for Languages (CEFR) for the employees hoping to attend German courses to know about their actual level.
In the same way, it’s also quite important to set the expected learning objectives. We will join hands with you to set concrete learning objectives. For instance, what’s the level your employees hope to reach in German? What language capacity should they possess after learning the course? Specific learning objectives can not only effectively test the academic performance of the learners, but help us arrange courses in a scientific way as well.
We will carry out course quality management in the training process. Apart from keeping in touch with teachers, we will regularly observe classes to keep track of the teaching situation. All the teachers participate in teacher training programmes in a regular way to amelirate their teaching level.
Each learner will be awarded our period certificate signed and issued by a professional teacher of the Goethe-Institut of Germany. Certainly, only learners regularly attending training courses can be awarded such certificates. Additionally, we may offer the language tests of various levels of the Goethe-Institut.
